Hawaii GeoCoder
Geocode based on TIGER/Line data and PostGIS database. This method, projects locations based on street number and a 10m setback. Ratings range from 0-100. 0 means high confidence, a score over 30 is indicative of either a malformed address or a newer project not presently in the census data set. You can expect 98% of ratings under 20 to be within 1km of their actual location. While less precise than HereR or the Google geocoding api it is also free, fast, and accurate enough for most aggreagtation statistics.
